4. Payment: Our services are subject to payment as agreed upon between Air & Sea Logistics and the client. Payment terms, including fees, charges, and payment methods, will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
5. Confidentiality: Any information provided by the client to Air & Sea Logistics will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services. We take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of client information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, belong to Air & Sea Logistics. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Termination: Air & Sea Logistics reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms or violation of applicable laws and regulations.
8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Air & Sea Logistics is located.
